Here is an illustration inspired by “The Anubis Gates” a steampunk novel written by Tim Powers. Tim is also know for his work on Walt Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides. This illustration is part of a series I am creating in conjunction with other illustrators from Cal State Fullerton for an upcoming show dedicated to steampunk.
